Swargayatraa assists families from Electronic City Phase 1, Phase 2, Neeladri Road, Konappana Agrahara, Doddathogur, Huskur Gate, Hosa Road, Hebbagodi, Bommasandra and nearby Hosur Road stretches when electric cremation has to be arranged quickly and respectfully.
We help check hospital release status, confirm Kudlu or a suitable fallback crematorium, arrange hearse movement, coordinate essential final-rites items and guide the family on receipt or ash-collection instructions.
These three checks should happen before the body is moved from hospital, home, apartment or mortuary.
For Electronic City hospital releases, collect the signed MCCD or hospital release paper first. For home deaths, confirm doctor certification. For police cases, wait for clearance.
View BBMP rules and document checklist →We confirm body location, paper status, crematorium timing, hearse route and family arrival before dispatch. This matters for Kauvery, Vimalalaya, Narayana Health City, Phase 1, Phase 2 and Neeladri Road pickups.

View electric cremation packages →For Electronic City Phase 1, Phase 2, Neeladri Road, Konappana Agrahara, Doddathogur, Hosa Road, Hebbagodi and Bommasandra-side families, Kudlu/Koodlu Crematorium is usually the practical first check because it connects through Hosa Road, Kudlu Gate and Hosur Road.
BBMP’s online booking note states that electric crematoriums work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, each slot is one hour, and families should reach 15–20 minutes before the booked slot. Current facility status should still be checked before dispatch.
Families should not move the body first and search later. We compare crematorium timing, hospital release, traffic and family reachability before the hearse van is dispatched.
| Crematorium option | Route estimate from Electronic City side | When it is practical |
|---|---|---|
| Kudlu / Koodlu Crematorium First practical check |
Approx. 12–20 km from Electronic City Phase 1 / Phase 2 depending on pickup point. Keep 25–50 minutes depending on Hosa Road, Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road and elevated road traffic. | Usually practical for Phase 1, Phase 2, Neeladri Road, Doddathogur, Konappana Agrahara, Hosa Road, Hebbagodi and Bommasandra movement. |
| Wilson Garden Crematorium Central-south fallback |
Approx. 22–32 km from Electronic City. Keep 45–80 minutes depending on Hosur Road, Silk Board, BTM, Dairy Circle and KH Road traffic. | Useful when family movement is toward BTM, Jayanagar, Koramangala, Jayadeva or central-south Bangalore. |
| Panathur Crematorium East-side fallback |
Longer east-side route. Keep 55–95 minutes depending on Hosa Road, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur ORR and Panathur railway underpass traffic. | Consider when the family is moving toward Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, Marathahalli or east Bangalore and Panathur has better timing. |
| Banashankari Crematorium South-west fallback |
Long cross-south movement. Keep 55–90 minutes depending on NICE Road, Bannerghatta Road, ORR or Kanakapura Road-side route choice. | Checked only when family preference or confirmed timing makes South-West Bangalore more practical. |

Freezer box in Electronic CityFor home or apartment preservation when relatives or documents are delayed.
Hearse van / mortuary ambulanceFor body shifting only, from home, hospital, mortuary or crematorium.
Hospital deaths need one careful step before movement: release papers must be ready. If the hearse reaches before the hospital process is complete, the family may wait unnecessarily.
Konappana Agrahara / Phase 1 side. Confirm MCCD, mortuary handover and pickup gate before planning the Kudlu route.
Huskur Gate / Hosur Road side. Keep route buffer for Huskur Gate, Hebbagodi and Electronic City Post movement.
Bommasandra side. For releases from this corridor, Kudlu is usually compared first with available slot timing.
Inside NH Health City. Share ward or mortuary instruction, pickup gate and family contact before dispatch.
These route buffers are practical planning estimates, not fixed guarantees. Live traffic, hospital release delay, apartment access and family arrival time can change the dispatch plan.
Kudlu is usually the first check. Keep 25–45 minutes depending on Hosa Road, elevated road and Kudlu Gate traffic.
Keep 30–55 minutes toward Kudlu, especially if movement starts near Neeladri Road, Wipro Gate or industrial layouts.
Apartment access and evening traffic can slow movement. Share tower, lift, basement and vehicle entry details before dispatch.
From Kauvery Hospital side, keep 25–50 minutes toward Kudlu depending on Hosa Road and elevated-road pressure.
Kudlu is usually practical. Keep 25–45 minutes depending on the approach road and Hosa Road junction traffic.
Route is often direct toward Kudlu, but Hosa Road junction and Kudlu Gate can create delays during peak hours.
Kudlu is normally the first Bangalore-side check. Keep 30–55 minutes after slot and papers are confirmed.
Keep 35–65 minutes toward Kudlu, especially during industrial shift changes and Hosur Road congestion.
Electric cremation still allows essential Hindu final rites, depending on family custom, available time and crematorium instructions. We coordinate garlands, cloth, pot, flowers, sesame, rice, ghee, basic samagri and priest support where required.
For Electronic City families, urgent garlands, flowers or basic samagri can be sourced from Neeladri Road, Hosa Road, Hebbagodi, Bommasandra or Hosur Road corridors where availability allows, so the family does not lose the confirmed crematorium slot.
These checks reduce the chance of waiting with the body and help the family complete the cremation calmly.
Slot, working status and expected arrival time should be checked before hearse dispatch.
Keep medical papers, ID proof and police papers together in one folder.
Relatives should reach before the booked cremation time for final darshan and rituals.
For Neeladri Road apartments, Phase 2 gated communities, Kauvery Hospital, Vimalalaya or NH Health City pickups, share gate, tower, lift and basement details.
Garland, cloth, pot and samagri should be arranged before movement where required.
Confirm the crematorium’s instruction for receipt, ash collection and family records.
