Because BLR–DEL has frequent nonstop service, the next accepted DEL movement is normally the first option to check for a Delhi-city destination. HDO (Ghaziabad) can be considered for some east-NCR cases when human-remains handling is accepted. JAI (Jaipur) or IXC (Chandigarh) make sense only when the actual final address is geographically closer to those airports.
