Pickup plan
Plan the movement
A hospital pickup and a funeral from the family home need different arrangements. Set the order of stops before agreeing on a vehicle.
Give the address, floor and entrance pin. Plan the priest’s arrival around the home rites and the receiving ground’s confirmed reporting time.
Share the hospital’s collection point and release status. The vehicle should be scheduled after the hospital confirms when the deceased can be handed over.
Include both addresses and the expected stay at home. Ask for this full route to be quoted; a hospital-to-home movement is not one of the direct transfers listed in the package.
If the deceased is at home, seek the treating doctor’s guidance on medical certification. For an unexplained or medico-legal death, follow the medical and police release instructions before arranging movement.

Road transport details ↗Address & collection point
A TCS landmark, Bongloor junction and the collectorate at Kongara Kalan identify different places. Use the actual residence or hospital pin for collection.
Local civic context: GHMC's 2026 administrative list places Adibatla in Circle 15 with Thorrur, Kongara Kalan, Turkayamjal and Nadargul. That is useful when a family gives a nearby village or colony name instead of simply saying “Adibatla”.
Hospital address reference
Brahmanpally X Road, Turkayamjal, Sagar Highway, Telangana 501510.
This address is listed by TISS Hyderabad. Confirm the hospital name on the release papers and ask staff for the collection entrance. This listing does not imply a Swargayatraa partnership or confirm mortuary facilities.
TISS hospital address reference ↗If the deceased is at another hospital, send that hospital’s location even when the family lives in Adibatla. It is the vehicle’s first collection point.
Nearby crematoriums
Start with the grounds around Nadargul, Meerpet/Jillelaguda and Sahebnagar. If the family is moving farther toward east Hyderabad, Nagole and Uppal are also wood-cremation options we currently coordinate. The pickup pin should decide the route.
Distances are locality-to-locality road references, not travel-time promises. Before departure, confirm the exact ground, entrance, cremation method, reporting time and current acceptance.
See Hyderabad crematorium details ↗Nadargul · about 5–6 km from Adibatla
A public map listing identifies a Hindu Smashana Vatika in Nadargul. Nadargul is also grouped with Adibatla in the current GHMC Circle 15 administrative list. Route references place the locality roughly 5–6 km by road from Adibatla village. Confirm the gate, method and acceptance before movement.
Find the Nadargul ground on Maps ↗Jillelaguda / Meerpet side · about 11 km to Meerpet
Public listings identify a Hindu cremation ground in Bhupesh Guptha Nagar, Jillelaguda. A road-distance reference puts Meerpet at roughly 11 km from TCS Adibatla. This can suit pickups on the Meerpet-facing side, subject to the ground's current acceptance and reporting process.
Find the Jillelaguda ground on Maps ↗Sahebnagar / Vanasthalipuram side · roughly 14–17 km
Public map listings place this cremation ground in Sahebnagar Kalan on the Vanasthalipuram side. Road references put Vanasthalipuram roughly 14–17 km from Adibatla, depending on the start point and route. Confirm the exact entrance, method and receiving process before selecting it.
Find Sahebnagar on Maps ↗Nagole · about 19–22 km from Adibatla
Nagole is farther than the local grounds above, but it can fit when the family's onward movement is toward LB Nagar or Nagole. Current Hyderabad operating information lists traditional wood-cremation coordination at Nagole. Confirm the receiving ground and live availability before the vehicle leaves Adibatla.
Hyderabad funeral coordination details ↗Uppal · about 22–23 km from Adibatla
Uppal is a farther east-Hyderabad alternative rather than the first choice by distance from central Adibatla. Current Hyderabad operating information lists traditional wood-cremation coordination at Uppal. It can be considered when the family, priest or onward route is already on the Uppal side.
Cremation services across Hyderabad ↗Know before you move
Keep one destination in the driver's message, one reporting time with the family contact, and one confirmed cremation method. Plan B: if the first ground cannot receive the funeral, confirm the replacement ground before movement rather than changing the destination while the vehicle is on the road.
Release & documentation
Requirements depend on the circumstances of the death and the receiving facility. Ask what must accompany the deceased before departure.
| Situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| Death in hospital | Release papers and medical cause-of-death certification from the hospital or doctor. |
| Death at home | The treating doctor’s guidance on medical certification and the documents applicable to the case. |
| Medico-legal case | Police and postmortem release instructions, with the papers specified by the responsible authority. |
| At the crematorium | The deceased’s identification, the arranging relative’s ID and the documents requested by the receiving ground. |
The Medical Certificate of Cause of Death (MCCD) and the civil death-registration certificate are different documents. Swargayatraa provides guidance; the relevant doctor, hospital or authority issues them.

Before booking
Among these options, Hindu Smashana Vatika in Nadargul is closest to Adibatla by the road references, at about 5–6 km from Adibatla village. Jillelaguda/Meerpet and Sahebnagar are farther local options. Nagole and Uppal can suit a route toward east Hyderabad. The practical choice still depends on the exact pickup pin and current ground acceptance.
Yes, when the route or family preference makes either location practical. Current Hyderabad operating information lists traditional wood-cremation coordination at Nagole and Uppal. Nagole is roughly 19–22 km from Adibatla and Uppal about 22–23 km by road references. Confirm the exact receiving ground, method and live availability before dispatch.

Yes, this route can be discussed. Give both the hospital and home addresses, the expected stay at home and the intended crematorium. The listed package covers a home-to-crematorium or hospital-to-crematorium transfer; confirm the scope and price of the hospital-to-home movement separately.
Send the building or community name, entrance pin, floor and lift details. If you use TCS Adibatla or Bongloor ORR Exit 12 as a landmark, also identify the actual pickup address. If the address is in Kongara Kalan near the collectorate, say so explicitly.
A freezer box can be requested separately. Share the expected waiting period, room access and delivery address. Confirm availability, power requirements, rental duration and collection charges before delivery; freezer rental is outside the ₹30,000 package.
Yes, ask for an outstation transport quote and share the receiving address. The coordinator can discuss the vehicle, preservation and documents for that journey. Road or air transport outside the local funeral arrangement is quoted separately.
